Member Party Reservation Request
Information
Application for party must be received a minimum of 5 days in advance of business-hours parties and 10 days in advance of after-hours parties. Confirmation will be provided within two business days. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an email.
Reservation Applicant must be 18 years or older and a current member of ARA. Requesting member MUST be present at the event.
Business hours functions are limited to a maximum of three hours in the pavilion.
Pavilion party availability:
Mon-Sat: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Mon-Sun: 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Mon-Sun: 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
ARA will provide a Lifeguard per 25 swimmers and a manager.
The pool snack bar will be closed for after-hours functions.
Rules and Regulations
Please be prompt about cleaning up the pavilion area prior to the next reservation.
Party area (Pavilion) must be cleaned, including the gas grill (if used). The grill may be utilized; grill utensils are located in the Snack Bar.
NO ALCOHOL OR TOBACCO ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
Any person under age 18 without a parent present must have an emergency form on file before entry is granted. Members will provide forms to ARA at reservation.
All pool rules must be obeyed. Failure to follow pool rules or staff directions may result in immediate removal from the pool grounds with no refund.
Payment is required prior to the reservation date once confirmation is received. Payments can be made at the pool – cash, check, or charge (cards swiped at the Snack Bar). No refunds will be given unless the pool closes PRIOR to the event time.
